  • 1979: Continental compete takeover of Uniroyal Inc.

  • 1997: Continental releases ISAD (Integrated Starter Alternator Damper) that helps to substantially reduce fuel consumption and emissions

  • 2006: Continental acquires Motorola increasing activities in telematics
