Continental Tyres voted a Consumer Superbrand 2017
Continental Tyres has been awarded Consumer Superbrands status for 2017. This follows the release of the latest results of the long-running annual survey, which has been identifying the UK's leading brands since 1995.
the process, managed by The Centre for Brand Analysis (TCBA), questioned 2,500 British adults who assessed just over 1,500 brands. Consumers judged the brands on three key criteria: quality, reliability and distinction.
Tire Technology International names Continental 2017 Tyre Manufacturer of the Year
Continental has been honoured by UK-based trade Journal "Tire Technology International" with its Tyre Manufacturer of the Year award, first presented in 2008. With this award, the high calibre panel of 27 judges, including experts from Europe, Japan, India and the United States, honoured the investments that Continental has initiated over the past twelve months.
“We are very excited about this award because it appreciates several technology projects and innovations that we have already realised, working consistently within the scope of our Vision 2025 long-term growth strategy,” said Nikolai Setzer, member of the Executive Board of Continental AG responsible for Corporate Purchasing and head of the Tyre division, the world’s fourth largest tyre manufacturer with sales of more than 10 billion Euros.

The Continental WinterContact TS 860 has won the 2016 winter tyre test award from the UK's number 1 weekly selling car magazine, Auto Express.

Continental takes pole position in first UK 19" tyre test. Making its UK tyre test debut, the SportContact 6 has taken top spot in this year's summer tyre test from the UK's monthly title evo.
The evo summer tyre test pitted the Continental SportContact 6 against 8 competitior summer tyres in size 235/35 R19. The test win recognised the SportContact 6 across a broad spectrum, taking top spot for dry and wet braking.
