Daylight Savings – Be Seen, Be Safe

As the darker winter evenings creep ever closer, it’s never been more important to ensure your lights are fully operational and checked regularly throughout the season.
Tavistock Tyres – Team Protyre held a late-night opening on October 18th to spread the word about light bulb safety.
Centre Manager Ian Colvin told us:
“We stayed open until 8:30pm on October 18th to give customers the chance to pop in and get these vital checks done. Though you should have your lights working all year round, when the winter months hit they become more and more vital with adverse weather such as rain and heavy fog. We offer free winter safety checks that cover light bulb checks to make sure you can be seen on the roads as well as see clearly“
The centre is offering free winter safety checks all season including light bulbs alignment and working order checks*
*bulb replacements will incur a charge
