Micheldever Tyre and Auto Services has won the Pirelli 4x4 Key Dealer of the Year award for a third time in the five years that the accolade has been running.   
 
The 4x4 Key Dealer of the Year award focuses on Pirelli’s 14 exclusive 4x4 Key Dealer Club members and invites them to nominate one of their depots to enter for the award. Each depot is then subjected to three independently run mystery shop audits, by phone, which cover a variety of items: from the way a call was answered and the time taken to answer, to the general attitude over the phone.
 
From a product knowledge perspective, and new for this year, depots were asked about vehicle homologations to assess whether they were explaining the benefits of fitting Original Equipment tyres. The audit also took into consideration the stock each depot had from a selection of Pirelli’s top SUV sizes from across the Pirelli SCORPION™ product range. Over the course of three separate surveys conducted in 2019, Micheldever Tyre and Auto Services achieved the highest combined score. A remarkable achievement considering that it is the busiest tyre depot in the country.

Micheldever Tyre and Auto Services are based at Micheldever Station in Winchester, which is home to the Flagship centre in the Protyre retail network.
