Fiat Service
Keeping your car in good condition so that it is safe and performs well is an important aspect of car ownership - and servicing plays a key role in this. Regular servicing is important as it can help identify any issues when they are just emerging and address them before they become serious.
Servicing and new car warranties
When you purchase a new car, you will need to have it serviced at the intervals that are outlined by the manufacturer. Not doing so could lead to the invalidation of any warranty. Today, it is your choice as to where you choose to have these services carried out, but it is important that you get the service book stamped and keep records of any significant repairs/work.
Selling your car
Additionally, when the time comes to sell your car, it is important to have a record that shows that it has been serviced regularly. Indeed, the majority of people will only buy a car that has a comprehensive service history.

Protyre servicing
At Protyre, we offer three different options when it comes to services: Bronze (check-up), Silver (interim), and Gold (full).
Our Bronze service is a fairly basic checkup, which is a good option for those Fiat drivers who cover a significant number of miles and who want things checked at an intermediate point in the service cycle. This service consists of a 27-point check, which includes a full engine inspection, oil and filter change, antifreeze top-up, steering and exhaust system check, tyre inspection, and more.
Our Silver service is our version of an 'interim' service, and we recommend that this one should be carried out every six months or 6,000 miles (whichever comes first). This option is suitable for Fiat drivers who are looking for a comprehensive checkup - perhaps at a point in-between their 'full' annual service. The Silver service consists of a 48-point check that includes everything covered in the Bronze service, with extra checks covering lights, battery, wheels, suspension, TPMS valves, seatbelts, and more.
Our Gold (full) service is our version of a 'full' or 'annual' service. This is suitable for Fiat drivers who are looking to give their car a comprehensive checkup, or who have just purchased a Fiat that may not have been serviced recently. Consisting of a 59-point check that includes everything covered in the Silver service, the Gold service also includes replacement of the air filter and inspections of the pollen filter, fuel filter, radiator, and much more.
Any parts fitted during these services are guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles.
