Last week Micheldever Tyre & Auto Services – Team Protyre were visited by Pirelli to be awarded Pirelli Key Dealer of the Year 2017. This is the second time in three years that the Micheldever team has won this prestigious award.
 
The Key Dealer of the Year award focusses on Pirelli’s 14 exclusive 4x4 Key Dealer Club members and invites them to nominate one of their depots to enter for the award. Each depot is subjected to three independently run mystery shop audits conducted by phone before being judged. Factors included were time taken to answer, positive attitude and product knowledge.
 
Over three separate surveys conducted in 2017, Micheldever Tyre and Auto Services – Team Protyre achieved the highest combined score. A remarkable achievement considering that it is the busiest tyre depot in the country.
 
Pirelli UK Sales Director, Jason Sugden, said: “This award has been running for just three years and for Micheldever to win twice in that time is a great achievement – a big congratulations to the whole team. Customer service is the key to ensuring drivers return to a depot and Micheldever has demonstrated this is an area where they deliver. Product knowledge is also important so customers feel reassured that when they take their vehicle to a depot it is in safe hands.”
