Protyre, the specialist tyre fit and mechanical centre has been recognised for its outstanding charity work at Rock FM’s Cash for Kids ‘Time to Shine Awards 2017’, winning Corporate Supporter of the Year. 
The Corporate Supporter of the Year Award is a result of Protyre’s charity work undertaken by local garages cross Lancashire. These Protyre garages have supported Cash for Kids by raising money and creating a greater awareness of the charity. This has been achieved through fun charity campaigns such as Happy Street, Onesie Run, and Mission Christmas.
The award was received by Jamie Cole, Area Manager of North West, at a ceremony held at Blackpool Tower Ballroom on Thursday 9th February.
Jamie Cole, Area Manager of North West, at Protyre said, “We are delighted to win the Corporate Supporter of the Year Award. It is an amazing achievement for the business and is a real testament to the hard work and dedication of all the Protyre garages who have taken part in the Lancashire area. 
“We pride ourselves on being more than just a company that sells and fits tyres. We feel we have a crucial role to play in supporting children in our communities who are disabled, disadvantaged or suffering from abuse or neglect. Every child is important, and that is why the charity, Cash for Kids is key to us.”
