Procare Lifetime Brakes
To qualify the customer must purchase their first set of brake pads or shoes.
The brake pads or shoes purchased must be classified as premium range.
The Procare Lifetime Brakes offer will only become effective if the discs/drums/callipers are in serviceable condition at the time of initial fitment, or are replaced within 10 days.
The customers must produce their invoice highlighting that they have the lifetime replacement on the pads/shoes they had replaced (i.e. both, front or rear) to redeem future replacements in centre.
If the pads or shoes have been replaced, but the other brake related work identified hasn’t been authorised on the invoice it will indicate that the customer must return within 10 days to complete it.
All other brake component repairs (e.g. drums, discs, cables and hydraulics) that are highlighted during any inspection as in need of immediate or future repair at any time must either be authorised and or completed within 10 days to maintain the lifetime replacement offer. The Procare Lifetime Brakes offer will remain inactive until the related items have been replaced, by either Protyre or another party. The customer will then receive a further invoice following confirmation that required parts have been replaced and the Procare Lifetime Brakes offer will become active.
When the pads/shoes next get down to their minimum level (not before) then we will supply and fit the new pads or shoes completely free of charge. Minimum is classed as when the pad is shown as “RED” when measured with the brake pad measuring tool supplied earlier this year. In the case of shoes it’s when they are worn to 95% of their original thickness.
If the customer changes their car then they have to come into us within 30 days with the V5 or Bill of Sale to prove they are the new owner and have a Vehicle Safety Check, at which point a full report is completed and the customer/vehicle details are updated on the system. A new invoice should be issued showing the new vehicle is subject to the Procare Brakes offer.

Not included in the offer are:
Wear indicator sensors or wires; or pads or shoes for ceramic brakes are not included
The lifetime replacement is not available for vehicles owned or leased by a company or driving school, or contract hire or rental vehicles (including taxis) and vehicles used for commercial purposes, track days or competitive sports
The free replacement pads only apply to the front or rear sets that were originally changed. If both sets were changed it applies to both sets
The lifetime replacement will be covered by a fair-use policy and may be withdrawn if there is regular, excessive wear, or you regularly bring in many different vehicles
The Lifetime Replacement is not transferable to a new owner of the car
Protyre reserve the right to withdraw the scheme at any time.
