The Prizes: Fortnum & Mason Christmas Hamper

1. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Goodyear reserves the rights to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Goodyear’s reasonable control makes it necessary to do so.

Promotion Period

3. The campaign will be open during the promotion period 1st November 2024 and 30th November 2024. Entries received after the promotion period will not be valid or accepted.

Eligibility

4. To be eligible to participate in the promotion, you must be a UK resident aged 18 or over.

5. Employees or agents of Goodyear or Protyre Autocare, or their families or households, or anyone professionally connected to the promotion or any group company of Goodyear or Protyre Autocare are not eligible to enter.

6. The promotion is only available to consumers (not to any business or reseller). Each participant may submit a maximum of one entry.

Entry

7. To enter the promotion, participants must make a purchase of any 2 or more Goodyear tyres (car, van 4x4 or SUV tyres) for a single vehicle.

8. The purchase must be made by the participant and must not be made through agents or third parties.

Receipt of the Gift

10. Provided the successful purchase and fitment has been made within the promotion period (1st November 2024 and 30th November 2024), Goodyear will ensure that the delivery of the prize is made to the recipient within twenty-eight (28) days of the entry submission.

11. The gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and will be not be substituted for an equivalent cash value.

Prize Draw

12. Twelve (12) eligible participants will be chosen by a random draw to win the prize.

13. A prize draw will be made at the end of each week in November with 3 winners for each week, 12 total across 4 weeks.

14. The winners will be notified by email using their provided details and they must provide a postal address to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond to Goodyear within 2 days (48 hours) of contact, then the prize will be forfeited and Goodyear will be entitled to select a replacement winner in accordance with the process described above.

15. The participant takes the risk of an incorrect e-mail address or of the e-mail being sorted into spam.

16. The prize will be sent to the winner by post or courier.

17. Delivery attempt of the prize to the provided postal address may require a signature delivery.

18. Prize winners will have 7 days to claim their prize from the first contact point.

General

21. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time before the end of the promotion period

22. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of the terms and conditions.

23. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or entries; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures including but not limited to the website; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond The Promoter’s control.

24. The Promoter reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate.
