GARAGE SAFE.  ROAD SAFE.  STAYING SAFE.

Update: 25th February 2022

As of today the Government has removed all remaining legal restrictions in England as part of the ‘living with Covid’ plan. For now, we are maintaining the measures we put in place to provide a safe experience when visiting our garages. As part of our business as usual we continue with our cleaning and safety protocols and our staff will be wearing face coverings in reception areas.

We will all adjust differently to ‘living with Covid’ so we ask you to respect other customers’ choices.

To help keep us all safe. We will continue to remember; hands, face, space.

NB – Different rules apply in Scotland, Wales.

All of our garages will be happy to give whatever help they can to keep you on the road safely; simply call your local garage manager to discuss any special assistance you may need.
Thank you to all our staff and customers for their continued support, we wish everyone well.

COVID FAQs

  • Are you open?

We are open. It is business as usual for us, here to help you keep your vehicle legal and roadworthy. During the pandemic we created a safe experience for everyone who was visiting any of our garages, this is part of our business as usual model, so you can feel safe coming to our centres for your vehicle maintenance.

  • Do I need to have a pre-booked appointment?

You can just drop-in to one of our garages. The measures we put in place during the pandemic to ensure a safe experience for your visit to our garage remain in place.  As per Government guidelines we recommend you wear a face covering when in our reception areas.  If you would prefer to book ahead, appointments are available via our website https://www.protyre.co.uk/

The measures we put in place to be COVID-19 secure during the pandemic remain in place.  All our garages follow strict cleaning procedures for centre and vehicle.  We are following Government guidelines on recommendations for face coverings.

  • Do I need to wear a face covering when visiting your garage?

To help keep us all safe, as suggested by Government guidelines, we recommend that you wear a face covering while in our reception areas (unless exempt).

  • Do I need to prepare my vehicle in anyway before bringing it to a garage?

Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells. This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe

The health and well-being of our customers and staff is our top priority so we will continue with our protocols and keep you informed of the latest status.
